All customer requests are carefully examined by the Technical Department and, if necessary, improvements to the product are discussed and agreed with customer. The vast experience matured by Elettrogamma makes it a critical, but positive, partner, acting in the best interests of the customer.

The company dedicates as much attention as possible to customer delivery requirements and the respect of the agreed lead times is a fundamental part of company policy.
Every production phase is electronically controlled and the finished products are delivered together with their relative test certificates.
